If your Java installation has been updated past ver. 6 update 15, you could be experiencing problems with BUI. We recommend you uninstall all currently installed versions of Java and download this file to your computer, then install it. You will also want to disable Java's ability to auto-update itself, as it tends to update to the most recent version.
