Citrix is the software and hardware system that contracted agencies may use, if granted a username and password, to access the Entity EMR Software.

If you are not located in one of SMC's facilities, or if the facility you are in does not have a direct network connection back to SMC, then you will need to download the software listed below and install it to be able to access Entity.

Citrix ICA Client ver. 7 - Windows EXE Installer
If you are running Windows 98 or Windows XP, please use this version to install Citrix.
To save the file to your computer, right-click on the link and select "Save Target As..." from the menu.
Citrix ICA Client ver. 11.2 - Windows EXE Installer
If you are running Windows Vista or Windows 7, please use this version to install Citrix.
To save the file to your computer, right-click on the link and select "Save Target As..." from the menu.
